Vanilla Tahini Protein Bliss Balls

These little balls of bliss surprise me every time.

They are so uniquely delicious, and SO GOOD FOR YOU TOO!

The combination of tahini, nuts, and seeds, with the addition of a high quality plant-based protein powder packs a seriously satisfying punch. Perfect to keep you going in between meals in a healthy way.

Add a little slow release, unrefined sweetness from sultanas, cranberries and maple syrup … and these beautiful balls are sure to be a favourite mid-morning, or afternoon snack.

High in good fats, plant based protein, and naturally occurring low GI sugars, these bliss balls make a perfect snack.

Vanilla Tahini Protein BLISS BALLS

In a food processor blitz:

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup sesame seeds

and put aside in a bowl.

Then process together:

3/4 cup sultanas

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1 sachet “Complete” vanilla protein powder* (optional)

1/4 cup hulled tahini

1/4 cup natural peanut butter

2 tbsp maple syrup

Add the walnuts & sesame seeds back into the food processor and mix well.

Using wet hands take a heaped tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls – makes approx 20.

Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
